Welcome! How did you hear about Steve and GBF Fitness?
*
How many days per week are you physically active for more than 25 minutes?
*
Um... there was this one time last month...
Once or twice a week, most weeks.
Three to four days a week, thank you!
Five+ - what are rest days?
When you do cardio, what does that generally look like for you?
*
Getting up from the couch to the bed.
Walking and Power Walking to get the heart rate up.
Jogging with some Running to work up a sweat.
Running, Biking, Swimming, etc. by the miles.
How confident are you using gym equipment like free weights, cable stations, or squat racks?
*
I have no idea what any of those words mean.
I'm more of a cardio queen or king at the gym.
If I don't have to make too many adjustments, I'm good!
I'm very confident all over the gym and love learning new techniques!
You have to arm wrestle one of these challengers. Pick the strongest one you think you can beat!
*
A 5 year old- you may break their wrist, but you'll win!
Ru Paul- you could probably snatch this crown from her!
Sarah Paulson- she's scrappy, but Ryan Murphy isn't nearby, so you have a shot!
If I beat Gus Kenworthy or Janelle Monáe, can I keep them?
Which of the following is your closest to your primary focus or motivation right now?
*
To move around and have fun, I guess.
Losing a couple of pounds for that event months away.
Get stronger, feel better, create a routine.
Break through that wall or past that plateau in your current fitness routine.
How often do you find yourself canceling or rescheduling appointments you make, both personally and professionally?
*
If you don't make appointments, you don't have to cancel them! :-)
I unfortunately need to move my schedule around regularly because I'm soooooooo busy!
I may be late, but if I say I will be there, I'll be there!
If I am 10 minutes late and didn't text or call you, call 911 because something has gone terribly wrong.
How would you describe your nutrition (eating habits)?
*
If food looks or smells good, or even if it's not but I am bored or sad, it's going in my belly!
I don't watch what I eat, but I only have one weakness (generally it's sweets or salts)
I don't track calories, but I'd say I'm a healthy eater most of the time.
I'm looking for ways to switch up my already awesome eating habits with meal planning and preparing.
You wake up the day after our first workout and you are SORE!! You can function and perform all your daily activities, but damn! What does this mean?
*
To never ever work out ever again, duh!! WTH?!
Complain to everyone in my life about the discomfort, knowing it will all pass.
I'll text my trainer for tips and tricks on muscle recovery and relief.
I have an excellent recovery routine already in place, but am always open to new ideas!
How involved are you or will you want to be in tracking goals and gains?
*
Can you do it all for me so I just show up each session and look pretty?
I can/do spend 5-10 minutes a week updating a goal tracker, but can you remind me?
I want to track my progress with each workout to see how much stronger I get over time.
I already have a workout tracker, but would love to learn new variations for current routines.
On a scale of 1-10, how determined are you to achieve your fitness goals within the next 3 months?
